CHOCO-COCO TRAIN SNACKS

We peeled some cacao beans and mixed them in a young coconut with fresh cashews and treacle (Kithul Palm Nectar) - DELICIOUS!

These guys were great. I am a sucker for these kinds of places. What really makes it special (in Sri Lanka) is when the guy selling the goods is an AMAZING character like this guy who would invite you to stay at his home and feed & clothe you and not want you to leave.
